We are moving out in less than a month! Wow it is hard to believe how fast time goes by. Almost everything we own will be in a storage unit this summer. It worked out perfectly that the College is out for the summer exactly the same amount of time that we need to have our house finished. We found a whole house for rent this summer for less than a quarter of our monthly payment in our new house. Of course it is normally occupied by college kids so it will make our new home look like a palace.
The kids are excited about meeting new friends and getting bigger bedrooms. And relieved that all of their toys are moving with us too!
Our flooring meeting is tonight... I hope the choices are easy ones. I'll try to post pictures tomorrow. Our pre-construction meeting has yet to be scheduled and our house should be done by the end of July/beginning of August.
